With expert faculty, NABL-accredited laboratories, and advanced software such as STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structures, and Robot Structural Analysis, the department ensures a strong foundation in both theory and practice.
Students gain rich practical exposure through internships with reputed organizations like L&T Construction, UltraTech Cements, Reliance Industries, OIL, the A.P. Irrigation Department, Soma Constructions, APCO Infratech, and Vizag Steel Plant.
Drawing inspiration from Sir Arthur Cotton, the “Apara Bhageeratha” of Andhra Pradesh, the department continues his legacy by promoting sustainable and innovative engineering practices. It actively engages in consultancy and testing services, including quality control, structural design, soil testing, and concrete testing.
