Students gain industry exposure through internships at reputed organizations such as TATA Motors, Hindustan Shipyard, BHEL, Bhilai Steel Plant, and NALCO.
The department’s motto, “Managing Moving Machines of the World!”, reflects its commitment to nurturing engineers who drive technological innovation and industrial advancement. The academic experience is strengthened through hands-on training using advanced simulation and design platforms such as CATIA, ANSYS, PRO-E, UNIGRAPHICS, and SOLIDWORKS. Active student bodies, including the Aditya Motorsports Club, SAE Collegiate Club, and Auto Gear Club, provide dynamic platforms for enhancing technical skills, leadership qualities, and professional competence.
Innovative projects such as the Go-Kart, Solar-Powered Wheelchair, and Biogas Digester have received recognition at national-level events, underscoring the department’s emphasis on creativity, sustainability, and excellence in engineering education. These initiatives reflect the department’s continuous efforts to blend practical learning with societal relevance, preparing students to excel as future-ready mechanical engineers.
